Shipping:

We are pleased to offer free shipping on orders over $100. Here are the details:

Free Shipping: Orders totalling $100 or more qualify for free standard shipping.

Shipping Cost (Puerto Rico): For orders under $100, a flat-rate shipping fee of $12.5 applies.

Shipping Cost (United States): For orders under $100, a flat-rate shipping fee of $27.5 applies.

Delivery Time (Puerto Rico): Please allow 3-5 business days for standard shipping.

Delivery Time (United States): Please allow 7-10 business days for standard shipping.

Returns:

Time Frame: You may return eligible items within 10 days from the date of delivery.

Condition of Items: Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and with all tags attached. We reserve the right to refuse returns on items that do not meet these conditions, in this case we are going to charge you the shipping rate if you want us to return the refused item back to you.

Proof of Purchase: Please provide a valid receipt or proof of purchase when returning an item.

Refund Method: Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment.

Non-Refundable Items: Some items are non-refundable, including gift cards and final sale items. Please check the product description for details.

Return Process:

Packaging: Please securely pack the item in its original packaging, including all accessories.

Shipping: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a defective or damaged item.
